At Phonelerame, we offer a 6-month warranty on all screen replacements, including the option for a refund under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Warranty & Refund
You can claim a brand-new screen replacement or a refund within 7 days of the service date if the replaced screen meets any of these conditions:
Malfunctioning Screen/LCD – If it does not work as intended or designed.
Display Issues Without Manual Intervention – This includes dead pixels or touch responsiveness problems caused due to screen quality.
If the screen we replaced encounters any of the above issues, you can either: ✅ Get a new screen replacement (with the remaining warranty period intact). ✅ Claim a full refund (by returning the replaced screen).
How to Claim Your Warranty or Refund?
Record a video of your phone showcasing the display issue.
Email the video along with your phone number, order number, or IMEI number to support@phonelerame.com.
Our Customer Service Associate will respond within 48 hours and arrange a technician visit for screen replacement.
Warranty & Refund Coverage
The warranty covers only the parts and/or services paid for.
If only the screen was purchased, the warranty is limited to screen replacement.
If both screen & repair service were purchased, the warranty also covers labor costs for screen replacement.

Slot charges apply only if an order is completed.
Refunds are applicable only on service charges (not additional repair costs).
